Canadian Franchise Association Recognizes FASTSIGNS with its Franchisees' Choice Designation

FASTSIGNS®

Every year, the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA) recognizes strong franchise systems that foster mutually beneficial relationships through their annual Franchisees’ Choice Designation. Recently, they’ve added the distinction for those franchises that have received the designation for multiple years in a row.

This year, FASTSIGNS received the designation and was honored with an award that marked their sixth year of receiving high marks from franchisees.

How the Franchisees’ Choice Designation is Made

Winners are not chosen by random draw. Instead, the CFA lets their members vote to determine who deserves to be on top. This year, over 70 members responded to an independently administered survey weighing in on key areas of the franchise business model. The Association asked several questions pertaining to all aspects of franchising, including the selection process, leadership and business planning, training and support, and ongoing operations.

Equipped with all of the responses, the CFA decides which franchises rise to the top. FASTSIGNS consistently has been the winner of this designation.

Support is the Key to Winning

This isn’t the first time FASTSIGNS has won this designation by the CFA. They’re on a six-year winning streak after having received the designation since 2013.

One of the reasons for their unique winning streak is their dedication to putting more resources toward developing their franchise. Franchisees who open a FASTSIGNS franchise get tremendous support from the corporate office to ensure their success. From the four weeks of training to the site selection and marketing blitz upon opening, FASTSIGNS franchisees are set up to thrive from the outset. After the grand opening, the support continues with 24-hour web-based learning opportunities and outside sales support.

About the FastSigns Franchise

FASTSIGNS has been around for over 30 years and in that time they have opened up 675 locations worldwide and in 8 countries. It’s safe to say they’re experienced in planting their roots in a market and growing.

One of the keys to their growth is the low staffing requirements and business-to-business hours. Through their years in existence, they’ve established a strong reputation. This reputation doesn’t just attract professional business clientele but also attracts key suppliers and vendors. These key suppliers and vendors are critical for franchisees as they help to lower margins and inventory requirements.
