Onboarding
Prior to the commencement of your business, you will be enrolled in Overtime Athletics University. This includes 10 online classes and 15 hours of training with owners Chris Whelan & Chris Horich. You will also receive, among other things, access to our Franchise Portal, a comprehensive operating manual, access to our OTA Curriculum, many staff training videos, and the rights to use Overtime Athletics trademarks.
What We Offer
Our sports offerings include baseball, basketball, flag football, soccer, tennis, golf, cheerleading, speed & agility, lacrosse, kickball, dodgeball, floor hockey, and sports spectacular. We offer programs for ages 4-14 years.
Do you need prior industry experience?
No, you do not necessarily need sports camp industry experience. We look for franchisees who have strong business management skills, a positive attitude and work ethic, and a commitment to providing great customer service.
Locations and Age Groups
With our help, you will create partnerships with local schools, parks and recreation facilities, sports clubs, YMCA’s, boys & girls clubs, churches, JCC’s, universities, HOAs and other sports facilities.
Ongoing Support
We will provide ongoing support service to you via phone, email, webinar, and on-site visits to your territory. We regularly update our operations manuals and franchise portal with new procedures and other information designed to improve operations for all franchisees. We are also available to conduct ongoing training programs.
