- Mobility- STRONG’s Mobility Screens provide a guided stretch 10 minutes before or after a STRONG class. The screens generally sit in communal areas within the studio and display a yoga flow that directly relates to the type of STRONG session on the day.
- Instructor-Assist- Unique to STRONG Pilates, our instructor-assist technology provides a visual queue to the members, displayed on movement screens around the studio. Our instructors have full control, using a remote system to move from one exercise to another.
- Ride- Row or ride? The choice is now yours. Introduced in 2023, RIDE stays true to our high intensity, low impact ethos, giving our members another way to HIIT their goals. The introduction of the Bikes is allowing members to choose their favourite equipment for their cardio workout.
