Offered with a 14-day free trial period to test out the service, the Franchise University eliminates infrastructure requirements for training purposes, so franchise businesses can invest in training their franchise business operators without paying server fees.
Additionally, preloaded eLearning courses are part of the deal, so training in areas such as sales and marketing are included alongside the space to add the franchise system’s own relevant training material. The ability to gather reports and assess training progress is built-in so that quality control can be maintained.
The overarching critical component of the service is the creation of a communal space for the sharing of information between global franchise industry professionals. Whether employees or partners, Franchise University will serve as an educational portal that fosters alignment without borders for business men and women working hard to create solidarity within their brand.
