THE MASTER LICENSE OPPORTUNITY

A Master License gives you the exclusive rights to develop and grow Transworld Business Advisors across Canada. You will be the brand’s official representative in the country, responsible for opening your own flagship business brokerage office and then recruiting, training, and supporting franchisee brokers and consultants across the nation.

The revenue model is built on three streams: commissions and fees from your own flagship office transactions, franchise fees from each new franchisee you bring into the network, and ongoing royalties as your network grows. YOUR ROLE AS A MASTER LICENSEE

  • Open and operate a flagship Transworld office in a major Canadian business center (Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, or other prime market)
  • Recruit experienced business brokers and franchise consultants across Canada, prioritizing high-density business regions and major metropolitan areas
  • Provide training, operational support, and quality oversight to your franchisee network
  • Establish local relationships with business advisors, accountants, and legal professionals who drive referrals
  • Develop regional marketing strategies that position Transworld as Canada’s trusted business advisory brand
  • Maintain Transworld brand standards and service quality across all locations

TRAINING & SUPPORT

Training begins with an intensive program at UFG headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida, covering business valuation, transaction facilitation, franchise consulting, broker recruitment and management, and operations. UFG will then provide on-site support during your Canadian market launch, including assistance with flagship office setup, broker recruitment strategy, and initial marketing campaigns.

Ongoing support includes access to Transworld’s proprietary technology platforms (client matching, valuation, transaction management), national marketing systems, broker training and certification programs, franchise consulting support, and regular strategic reviews with your international team. UFG has operated Master License partnerships internationally since 1995 and understands the nuances of building a national business advisory brand.
