• Are organized, accountable, and results-driven

• Are prepared to be hands-on during the first two to three years

Previous business ownership is not required. In fact, most of the more than 20,000 entrepreneurs who launched their careers through College Pro had never owned a business before.

Candidates complete a comprehensive selection process that includes interviews, a personality assessment, a credit review, and evaluation by the College Pro Nominating Committee before an exclusive territory is awarded.
