It does not mean someone else runs the business for you. You remain responsible for learning, marketing, relationship-building, customer service, decision-making, and follow-through.

Brad and Emily Clark, owners of the highly successful Central Vancouver Island franchise, have officially been awarded the franchise development rights for the Vancouver North Shore, covering both West Vancouver and North Vancouver.
For Brad and Emily, this expansion represents a significant milestone in their journey with ABCHI – a journey defined by a “client-first” philosophy and a deep-seated passion for the real estate industry. A Proven Track Record of Excellence
Brad Clark, a Certified Master Inspector (CMI), has spent years helping homeowners and Realtors navigate the complexities of property transactions. With a background in construction and a keen eye for detail that he jokingly calls “a curse” (but his clients call a blessing), Brad has completed thousands of inspections.
“We assist as an integral part of the transaction, we comfort buyers with confidence, and we protect everyone involved,” says Brad. “Expanding into West and North Vancouver allows us to bring that peace of mind to one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the country.”
While Brad handles the technical side of the inspections, Emily has been the driving force behind the business’s operations and community presence.
