The OMAC Tae Kwon Do curriculum gives children the opportunity to increase their physical fitness, improve focus and have fun with others in a positive environment. Students take part in daily confidence building Martial Arts classes with an emphasis on Bully Proofing, Respect, Focus and Discipline.
