TRAINING & SUPPORT

We offer weekly support, host quarterly round-tables, monthly system meetings and have a dedicated full-time business coach for you to chat with at your convenience!

• Your Location: Our dedicated real estate team will help you find the perfect space for your shop. Once we’ve found the right location, we’ll help you negotiate your lease.
• Your Shop: Our experienced team at headquarters will be the main point of contact for your architect and contractor. Our detailed Look and Feel guide book will make your build-out as easy as possible. From design to construction, we’re there every step of the way to help make your shop Foxy!
• Your Team: We’ll train all of your initial hires so that when you’re ready to open your doors, you’ll have a dream team of Technicians and rockstar Front Desk staff ready to impress every new customer who comes through the door! We also equip you with all the skills and resources you’ll need to provide effective ongoing leadership to your staff.
• Your Marketing: You’ll have access to solid gold marketing collateral from the funnest brand on the block. At Foxy Box we are deeply dedicated to providing authentic and inclusive messaging in our marketing, while also having a fresh voice and a sense of humour. We’ll provide you with all the tools you need to market your new location in a fun, Foxy way.
• Your Numbers: We’ll teach you everything you need to know about business management, from day-to-day operations to budgeting and financial planning and everything in between!
• Your Support Network: As a franchise system, our successes are intrinsically linked. This means that we are 100% committed to keeping your business successful and profitable! You’ll get all of our amazing educational material and manuals, ongoing training and support, and our accelerated growth formula!

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We require a minimum of $75k liquid cash. Banks typically want to see thirty percent of your initial investment cost.

Our Franchise term is tied to your lease agreement for your rental space, unless otherwise negotiated. In most cases this is five years with the option to renew after the 5th year.

We have locations in the system that vary between 700 and 2250 sq ft, however, we think the sweet spot is between 900 and 1400 sq ft.

Treatment rooms mean revenue! We require a minimum of three treatment rooms. Our biggest location has eight rooms!

We love to see you in roles that play to your strengths! Building your business within your community is No.1 for us. We are big fans of the owner/operator style for our business model, especially for the first year. However, you can absolutely hire a manager or work hands-on in the treatment rooms if this is where you see yourself.

We work with you to define a protected geographic territory that everyone is happy with. Territories are determined by various factors including population density, socio-economic factors, need for our particular service in the area and the number of complementary businesses within that area!
