Valenta’s Franchise Partners are provided with ongoing training and a support team who will allow you to grow your business quickly, with the right tools.

Support from your Managing Director: Your local Managing Director will be by your side to conduct one-on-one training, supported further with group video calls to expand insights and opportunities.

A Team of Digital Marketing Experts: Full access to a team of Digital Marketing experts to provide end-to-end digital personal and professional support for your lead generation activities; including social media consultations, video editing, personal web page development, and lead magnets such as whitepapers.

All Franchise Partners can secure a part-time Prospecting Specialist to assist with online business development activities, including management of social profiles and EDM campaigns.

Ongoing Business Planning: We conduct ongoing business planning with you, to ensure your sales and marketing program is on track to reach annual targets. These sessions provide an opportunity to discuss in detail previous methodologies being applied and new strategies.

Quarterly Conference: At Valenta, we rally as a team to ensure the success of all Franchise Partners. Our quarterly conference is an opportunity to learn and share experiences and successes with other franchisees. We hand-pick our guest speakers to provide insights into our industry and challenge the traditional methods allowing us to grow and set new benchmarks.

Press Release—USA Managing Director Completes the Team

July 12, 2022, we announced the onboarding of our newest Managing Director Jeff Sensmeier. Jeff is based in Phoenix and will be covering the Western region for Valenta and completes the company’s Managing Director leadership for the US. Jeff will be covering, AZ, CA, NV, OR, WA, ID, UT, NM plus HI, and AK.

Jeff brings more than 30 years of national and international experience to the team in industries and companies ranging from original equipment manufacturing, and tier 1 suppliers to the aerospace and automotive industries. He has held engineering positions, director level, VP an CRO roles during his career. Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Michigan State University. Upon the announcement of joining Valenta Jeff stated, “I am very pleased to join the leadership team of such a dynamic and rapidly expanding company like Valenta. When looking at the business opportunity of joining Valenta as a partner and as a Managing Director, I was all in on bringing a services’ portfolio similar to the tier 1 consulting and services firms to mid-sized companies.

Valenta Co-Founder Jayesh Kasim had this to say about the recent announcement, “Jeff Sensmeier joining Valenta marks a major step in the growth of Valenta. Jeff’s joining the team marks the conclusion of recruitment of our US leadership team. We brought on 4 outstanding business leaders as Managing Directors in 2020 and 2021. To fill our fifth and final Managing Director role we knew we needed to find someone who could keep up with the rest of our team, plus add value in their own right. We found that person in Jeff.” Managing Directors at Valenta play a critical role at the company and have three main roles. Managing Directors act as Area Developers at Valenta where they vet and guide prospective candidates through the process of joining Valenta as Managing Partners. Our Directors also help onboard new Managing Partners and guide and advise them as they build their practices.

Valenta Managing Directors are also Managing Partners in their home cities and are actively building and managing practices focused on industries and markets they have expertise in as well as technology and service solutions where they have a passion and domain expertise.

The rest of the US Valenta leadership team is also very pleased with Jeff joining, and all have endorsed his partnership. The team is a well-rounded and interesting group of business leaders, all with different experiences and perspectives.

Howard Barouxis joined Valenta in May of 2021. He is based in Miami FL and develops and manages The US South region for Valenta which is comprised of FL, GA, SC, NC, TN, AL, MS, AL, LA, and AR. Howard brings Valenta 30 years of business development and GM, VP, and director level leadership role experiences to Valenta. He has 25+ years of experience in a variety of technology solution provider companies. Howard primarily served media, telecommunications, and satellite operator customers in the area of video delivery. He has had roles at large companies like Siemens, Technicolour, and Thales, plus startups that include Broad peak, ATEME, and Digital Rapids. Howard has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from American International College and an MBA with a focus in Finance from Western New England University.

Richard Nohe covers the US Central region for Valenta and is based in Dallas. He develops and manages Valenta business in TX, OK, CO, KS, MS, IA, NB, WY, MT, SD, ND, and MN. Richard has a bachelor’s degree from Augusta University, a master’s degree from NYU in telecommunications, as well as a JD of Law degree from NYU. Richard brings 30+ years of law and business experience to his role as a Managing Director at Valenta. Richard held various corporate law leadership roles at companies which included NTT, Above Net and BT where he first served as Chief Counsel for North America and then as General Counsel for the Americas Region. Early in his career, Richard was an Evening News Director and the Augusta, GA CBS affiliate. He was also a Brookings Institution Congressional Fellow.

Kishore Siva joined Valenta as our 2nd Managing Director in November 2020. He brings 25 years of customer experience and sales experience in financial institutions to Valenta. Kishore has held EVP and SVP roles at organizations which include Wells Fargo and HSBC. Kishore has held roles in London as well as NYC in the areas of credit, corporate banking, business banking and retail banking. He has built and managed global and regional customer experience organizations. He has a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from George Washington University. Kishore also served as a White House Intern. At Valenta he is responsible for growing and managing the business in our Mid-Atlantic region. He is based in the New York City metro area and is responsible for that area plus, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, VA, WV, KY plus MI.

Alan Peck joined Valenta as our 1st Managing Director also in November of 2020. Alan is based in CT and is responsible for our North region. Alan develops and manages our business is in up state NY, MA, CT, RI, VT, NH, ME, OH, IN, IL, and WI. Prior to joining Valenta as the first US Managing Director Alan spent nearly 30 years in the medical device and equipment industry. Alan was focused primarily on the field of ophthalmology. He spent the bulk of his career prior to Valenta with Bausch + Lomb where he held a succession of director level commercial and business development roles with increasing responsibilities. During his time at Bausch + Lomb Alan was the recipient of numerous sales recognition awards. Alan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business management from SUNY Cortland.
